Inspectors observed positive, respectful interactions and good access to healthcare professionals.

However, inspectors found cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas were not consistently maintained, and staff were sometimes task-focused rather than engaged with residents, particularly at mealtimes. Some residents felt there were not enough staff and found activities unstimulating, especially in the evenings and at weekends. The provider took prompt action in response to this feedback, and leadership was found to be competent and open to improvement.
