SENSE - 21a and 21b Johnson Avenue accommodates up to six people with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory impairments. The service has implemented effective systems to ensure compliance with national policy requirements, including COVID-19 testing and arrangements for visiting professionals. The registered manager established additional PPE stations throughout the home, enabling staff to don and doff their personal protective equipment effectively without having to search for suitable disposal bins.

Regular refresher training sessions are held in-house alongside competency checks to maintain staff standards.
