SENSE - 18 Water Gate

18 Water Gate is a care home providing personal care and support to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism, and physical and sensory impairments. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding it continued to meet expectations across the areas assessed.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and communicated with them in ways suited to their needs, supporting choice, control and independence. Care was kind and respectful, staffing levels were sufficient, and staff understood how to protect people from abuse. Relatives and professionals gave positive feedback about the quality of care provided.
