SENSE - 18 Water Gate

Sense – 18 Watergate is a care home providing personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The accommodation includes private ensuite bedrooms and shared communal areas. Five people were living at the home during inspection.

Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control of their lives. The service maintained a Good rating, continuing to demonstrate quality care for its residents.
