SENSE - 11 Station Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to 9 people, including people with a learning disability. At the time of assessment, 8 people were living there. The CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall, finding a breach of regulation relating to good governance, with oversight of risk and some safety aspects of the environment not always effective or timely.

Inspectors found care was person-centred, with staff supporting people’s choice and control and working well with families and outside professionals. Relatives spoke highly of the support given and said they would raise concerns confidently. Staffing levels and recruitment practices were found to be safe, though governance shortfalls remain to be addressed.
