Lucton House

Lucton House Residential Home provides personal care to younger and older adults over 65, including people living with dementia. The home can accommodate up to 51 people, and at the time of inspection 37 residents were living there.

The home implemented effective visitor screening measures, with guests answering health questions and having temperatures taken on arrival. When the home was open to visitors, residents were supported to have window visits and garden visits during favourable weather. An intercom system was used for window visits, allowing the window to remain closed while residents could still hear and speak with their relatives.
