Sedgley Court

Sedgley Court provides personal care for up to 66 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 27 residents were living in the home. The purpose-built facility spans three floors and features communal areas including a cinema, hairdresser, bar, and library, with en-suite bedrooms for residents. Day shifts typically have nine staff members including deputy managers, a chef, and the registered manager, while night cover is provided by three staff with management on-call as needed.

Staff use an electronic system to record contact and support provided to residents, ensuring accurate documentation of care delivery.
