Greenleigh

Greenleigh is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 35 people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 31 people.

Inspectors identified improvements needed in systems for managing risks and medicines. Medicines were not always stored safely, and risk management processes required strengthening to reduce potential harm to residents. Equipment used in shared rooms did not consistently support privacy and dignity for people. Infection prevention measures were in place but required further development to ensure comprehensive protection.
