Sedgemoor Care Home

Sedgemoor Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 30 people on a short-term basis, supporting those with physical and psychological needs to regain independence and return home. At inspection, 29 people were living at the service. Residents and relatives gave overwhelmingly positive feedback, consistently praising staff for their exceptional caring and supportive nature. People reported that staff support had significantly increased their confidence, wellbeing and independence.

The home maintains excellent working relationships with healthcare professionals located on-site, with regular multi-disciplinary team meetings ensuring a holistic approach to care. Staff work with external professionals and communities to improve residents' health and social wellbeing. Residents felt safe, secure and well cared for, and the service actively encouraged feedback from people and their relatives to drive continuous improvement.
