About Larkhill Hall

Larkhill Hall is a residential care home in Liverpool, providing accommodation and personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. The findings below set out the CQC's most recent inspection of the service.

Larkhill Hall is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 66 people, including older people living with dementia. The CQC rated the service requires improvement overall, remaining in breach of regulations on safe care and treatment due to ongoing concerns about medicines management and some incomplete risk assessments. Inspectors did note improvements in staffing, learning culture and management oversight since the last inspection.

People living at the home said they felt safe and well cared for, and praised cleanliness and staff kindness. Governance had strengthened and an action plan was underway, but the service needed more time to show these improvements were fully embedded.
