A designated care section accommodates eight people with its own separate entrance, enclosed outdoor area and spacious indoor communal space designed to support safe social distancing.

The service demonstrated good infection control practices, providing visitors with individual personal protective equipment packs and requiring visits to be pre-arranged. The care home's facilities and procedures reflected consideration for residents' safety and wellbeing.
