Inspectors found that risks to residents were not fully assessed or recorded with sufficient detail in care records, though senior staff on each floor were aware of individual risks. Some residents lacked access to call bells, raising concerns about their ability to alert staff when assistance was needed. While the home conducted a wide range of audits to monitor quality, these audits varied considerably in their effectiveness.
