Croftland Care Home with nursing accommodates up to 55 people across four floors, though one floor was closed at inspection and 41 people were being supported at the time. The home has designated a fully self-contained COVID-19 recovery unit with separate entrances and exits, equipped with specialist equipment including profiling beds. Communal areas are laid out to allow residents flexibility in where they eat and drink, promoting social distancing and preventing congestion.

Individual rooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities. During lockdown restrictions, the home supports residents to maintain contact with family and friends through regular telephone and video calls.
