Sapphire House is a residential care home for up to seven people living with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, mental health conditions or complex needs. The converted detached house offers self-contained flats and bedrooms with communal areas, and five people were living there at inspection. The home supports residents with personal care including help with hygiene and eating.

The service embodies principles of choice, independence and inclusion, allowing residents to live as ordinary citizens. The building is indistinguishable from other homes on the residential street with no external signage, and staff do not wear uniforms, enabling people to live their lives as they wish.
