The Oast

The Oast provides accommodation and personal care for up to 28 people. At the time of inspection, 26 people were living there with a range of health and support needs, including diabetes and dementia. The service had implemented robust visiting protocols in response to government guidance, requiring visitors to provide negative Lateral Flow Test results and have their temperatures taken before visits. Staff ensured visitors sanitised their hands and wore face masks on arrival. These measures demonstrated the service's commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents.
