People told inspectors they felt safe receiving care at the home. The service maintained a robust recruitment process to ensure new staff had appropriate skills for their roles. When incidents, accidents, or safeguarding concerns occurred, the home identified lessons to reduce future risks and updated care plans and risk assessments accordingly.

Risks associated with each person's care and wellbeing were identified and risk management plans were developed.
