Rowan Garth Care Home

Rowan Garth Care Home is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 150 people across five separate units, each specializing in different types of support for people with varying health and care needs, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 72 people were using the service.

A new manager had recently been appointed and systems were being introduced to improve oversight of the quality of care provided. Changes in the management team had impacted how effectively these new systems were being embedded. Positive progress had been made against previous inspection findings in many areas, though further improvements were still needed to fully embed the changes across all aspects of the home's operations.
