Rothsay Grange

Rothsay Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 60 people across three floors, with one floor specialising in dementia care. The service supports older people, those living with dementia or physical disabilities, and younger adults. At inspection, 59 people were using the service.

Staff protect people from abuse through appropriate safeguarding training, and residents feel safe at the service. The home has made significant improvements in the safe management of medicines, governance structures, and staffing levels. The provider is no longer in breach of regulations following these enhancements.
