The home maintains exceptionally high staffing levels with skilled mixtures designed to maximise people's safety and welfare. A relative praised the team, saying "The home is a well organised team, each member fully supporting each other. I cannot speak highly enough of the team.

" People and relatives report this enables them to lead more purposeful lives. The provider demonstrates strong protections from harm through extensive staff training and continues to implement innovative approaches to care delivery.
