Roselea

Roselea provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities and autism. The home maintains comprehensive systems to protect people against identified risks, including choking hazards, with clear guidelines documented in care plans and risk assessments. Staff are trained and confident in managing each person's individual risks, and safety incidents are analysed to identify lessons learned.

The service works closely with health professionals to regularly review and update people's safety measures.

The home follows safe infection prevention and control procedures, with staff demonstrating good practices such as ensuring people access COVID-19 secure venues for activities. People's risks are actively monitored and managed to maintain their wellbeing and safety.
