People were observed to be relaxed and happy in their home environment and when interacting with staff. The service supports residents to live safely within the community, with people accessing activities and appointments during the day. Those remaining at home engage in activities such as bingo and story reading.

The atmosphere during mealtimes was observed to be busy and friendly, with staff providing attentive support throughout the day.
