Joyleen

Joyleen provides care and support for up to three people with mental health issues and learning disabilities. Staff are kind and committed, with residents praising the meaningful relationships they form with them. Staff demonstrate strong knowledge of people's individual needs and preferences, ensuring care is delivered in line with each person's care plan while respecting their dignity, privacy and independence.

The service maintains high standards of safety and quality. People receive their medicines safely and as prescribed, and staff encourage residents to maintain good diet and access health services when needed. Relatives highlight the continuity of care provided by skilled and competent staff, and residents' rights to make their own decisions are consistently respected.
