This care home accommodates up to 19 people who require nursing or personal care, currently supporting 12 residents with mental health conditions and associated needs. The service is located in a large adapted home with communal areas including two lounges, a dining room, and garden space. Staff provide support to residents who experience anxiety or distress.

Inspectors found that the registered manager did not always operate effective systems to identify and assess safety risks within the home or take appropriate action to address them. The provider's governance systems had similarly failed to identify or take action on identified issues, indicating weaknesses in oversight and accountability.
