Rosehaven Residential Care Home

Rosehaven Residential Care Home provides personal care to 19 people in a single adapted building with capacity for up to 24. The home maintains a safe, clean and homely environment where staff demonstrate caring attitudes and understand residents' individual needs and preferences. Medicines are managed safely and risk assessments are in place to minimise harm.
