Jah-Jireh Charity Homes Blackpool is a residential care home accommodating up to 36 people, with 30 single rooms and three double rooms. The home provides spiritual and physical care specifically for Jehovah's Witnesses. At the time of inspection, 29 people lived there.

Staff numbers were adequate and appropriately skilled, with robust recruitment processes in place. The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with staff using appropriate personal protective equipment. Medication management systems were regularly reviewed and well-organised.

People were supported to make choices about their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible. There were no restrictions on visitors, allowing people maximum freedom in this regard. The registered manager used various methods to monitor and improve service quality.

Both people and staff reported a very positive culture at the home, with residents kept safe from harm and treated with respect.
