Rosedene Nursing Home

Rosedene Nursing Home provides residential nursing and personal care to up to 67 people, currently supporting 42 residents. The home cares for younger and older adults with complex mental health needs, and some residents also live with dementia, learning disabilities, or autism spectrum disorder. The service is housed in one adapted building across two floors, each with separate facilities.

At inspection, staff demonstrated commitment to supporting people with maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches. People felt safe and confident that their concerns would be listened to. The home's policies and systems supported these principles in practice.
