Rosedene Nursing Home

Inspectors found a dated, worn environment with damaged fittings and poor signage for people with sight loss or dementia, along with weak management checks and gaps in medicines auditing, leading to breaches in these areas. However, staff were found to be caring and skilled, care plans were personalised, and people said they felt safe and well supported.
