Bhakti Shyama Care Centre

This care home accommodates up to 25 older people from the Asian community who require nursing or personal care in a specially adapted building. At inspection, 20 residents were living there. Staff demonstrated kindness toward residents, who reported feeling safe and satisfied with their care. The home has strengthened its approach to recruitment checks, person-centered care, and governance procedures following previous concerns. Risks to residents are assessed and management plans are in place to keep people safe from harm, and residents receive their medicines as prescribed.
