Nightingale House

Nightingale House provides personal and nursing care to older people, including those living with dementia, across six self-contained units with adapted facilities. The service caters specifically to older Jewish people and can accommodate up to 215 residents, with 119 people using the service at the time of inspection.

People and their relatives consistently praised the quality of care. Residents told inspectors, "The staff are unbelievably caring" and "The staff are exceptional, so kind, thoughtful, and caring." People were treated with kindness throughout the service, with relatives describing the overall care as outstanding.
