Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage provides residential care and personal support to adults, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. The home currently supports 12 people across two floors, with stair lift access, and can accommodate up to 16 residents.

People and their relatives reported noticeable improvements in the home and quality of care. Staff were described as kind, caring and respectful. Quality assurance systems have been strengthened and now effectively identify and address shortfalls, with the manager and provider working together to promote consistency in practice across the service.
