Strict infection prevention measures are in place, including symptom screening for visitors in the entrance hall and provision of personal protective equipment. Staff escort all visitors throughout their visit.

The home's large garden provides additional space for outdoor visits in good weather, and the service previously used screens and a visiting pod to enhance safety during the pandemic.
