Rockfield Residential

Rockfield Residential is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 17 younger adults with mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, 12 people were using the service. People felt safe living there and had built positive relationships with a consistent staff team. Staff received regular support from their line managers and spoke positively of the management team. The service had adapted to implement government guidance in relation to COVID-19 management. Where risks related to COVID-19 had been identified, these were managed appropriately, though records did not always reflect this. The provider took action to address this issue.
