Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives using the least restrictive practices possible.

Residents reported feeling safe in the home and with the staff supporting them. Staff have received safeguarding training and feel confident in the processes for reporting concerns. The service has policies and systems in place to uphold residents' rights and protect their wellbeing.
