Brookholme Croft accommodates up to 45 older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and those receiving end of life care. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 45 residents.

Residents expressed high satisfaction with their care and living environment. One person commented, "It was the best thing I ever did coming here. It's a lovely place to live," while others reported feeling safe and contented. Staff demonstrated strong knowledge of individual residents' needs and took genuine interest in their lives. A care worker noted, "We're like an extended family here, we know all about" the people they support, reflecting a compassionate approach to care delivery.
