Riverdale Court

Riverdale Court provides personal care and accommodation for people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 80 residents across four separate units within one building. Each unit has its own adapted facilities. At the time of inspection, 78 people were using the service.

Inspectors identified areas requiring improvement in medicines management and overall service management. While systems were in place to record accidents and incidents, the service lacked sufficient analysis of these events, particularly regarding a high number of falls. The existing quality and safety assessment systems were not robust enough to effectively monitor the service's performance.
