Lodge Hill is a residential care home providing personal care and support to five people with physical and learning disabilities, many with complex communication and visual impairment needs. The purpose-built bungalow has six bedrooms all on the same floor. Staff understand their responsibility to protect people from abuse and report concerns. People are supported to take their medicines safely, and relatives reported that their loved ones' care needs are being met and that people feel safe using the service.

However, the home environment required improvement to ensure safety and cleanliness met required standards. The service aims to support people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through person-centred support.
