People told inspectors they felt safe at the home, and staff demonstrated understanding of safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures. However, improvements were needed in medicine management practices and the effectiveness of quality assurance systems to identify areas for development. The provider was recommended to consider best practice guidance on managing medicines and use nationally recognised tools when assessing people's needs.
