Risedale Nursing and Residential Home accommodates 66 older people in an adapted building with capacity for up to 69 residents. It provides nursing and personal care services within a single facility. Inspectors found that people were safe and protected from harm and abuse, with enough staff possessing appropriate skills to meet their needs.

Medicines were administered safely and according to medical prescriptions.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness with no unpleasant odours, and staff effectively protected people from infection risks. Staff demonstrated appropriate training and skills in caring for residents, and people received regular meals and drinks to meet their dietary needs.
