Mountfield

Mountfield is a residential care home providing support to younger adults and older people living with dementia, caring for 39 people at the time of assessment. Inspectors found people lived in a clean, spacious home, enjoyed varied food and activities, and described staff as kind and respectful. Feedback from families was mixed, with some concerned about unexplained injuries and inconsistent care delivery between shifts. The management team was seen as dedicated, aware of shortfalls, and already working on improvements.
