Redclyffe Residential Care Home

Redclyffe Residential Care Home provides accommodation, personal and nursing care to up to 26 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 24 residents were living there. People and their relatives expressed satisfaction with the care received, speaking positively about staff and the registered manager. Staff knew residents well and demonstrated genuine enjoyment in their work, ensuring care and support needs were consistently met.

The service maintained appropriate recruitment checks and staffing levels sufficient to meet residents' needs. Staff completed relevant training to perform their roles effectively and reported feeling well-supported by the registered manager. Many staff members had considerable tenure at the service, reflecting positive working conditions and staff retention.
