Inspectors found staffing levels were not always sufficient, medicines were not always managed safely, and risks were not consistently assessed or reflected in care plans. Governance systems failed to provide effective oversight. However, staff were found to be caring and respectful, the home was clean and personalised, and people said they felt safe.
