Four people were living at the home during the inspection. Staff demonstrated positive engagement with residents and treated people with respect and dignity. Care and support were personalised to individual needs, with staff showing good knowledge of each person's interests and preferences. Systems were in place to protect people from abuse, and relatives expressed confidence in how allegations were handled.
