This residential care home supports older people with mental health needs, providing accommodation and nursing or personal care to up to seven residents. At inspection, six people were using the service.

Inspectors found that risks relating to people's treatment and care were not managed appropriately. Medicines were not always managed safely, with guidance for administering specific medicines unavailable to staff. While quality assurance systems existed, they were not effective and failed to identify several shortfalls that inspectors discovered during their visit. The registered manager responded positively to feedback from the inspection.
