Viola House

Viola House provides accommodation, personal care and support for up to 12 adults with learning disabilities and autism. Seven people were living there at the time of inspection. Staff demonstrated a commitment to supporting residents' rights and independence, ensuring people received respectful, dignified care tailored to their individual needs. The service showed it was meeting the principles of supporting people with appropriate assistance while fostering their autonomy and connection to their local communities.
