Holt Road

Holt Road accommodates up to five people requiring nursing or personal care, with a specific focus on supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people. At inspection, four people were using the service. The home provides person-centred support in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment that meets residents' sensory and physical needs. Bedrooms are personalised with residents' belongings and family photographs. Staff follow best practice principles and implement positive behaviour support plans that promote independence and consider each person's longer-term aspirations. The service demonstrated strong commitment to delivering respectful, dignified care that supports residents' choices and independence.
