About Rayleigh House

Rayleigh House is a residential care home in Lincolnshire, providing personal care and accommodation for older people. Further details on the service can be found in the findings below.

This service provides personal care and accommodation for up to 15 older people, including some living with dementia, across two floors of a converted residential terrace. At the time of inspection, 13 people were living there.

Care plans have been reorganised to improve accessibility for staff, though the content of care plans and risk assessments requires further review to ensure they include more detailed, person-centred information. Staff demonstrated excellent and up-to-date awareness of people's needs. Residents enjoy the activities currently offered but have expressed a desire for a wider range of activities tailored to their individual interests.
