They promoted dignity and privacy, supported people's food and drink choices, and maintained effective care planning systems.

The home managed staffing resources safely and effectively despite recruitment challenges, with safe recruitment practices in place. Staff received appropriate training and supervision to meet people's needs and worked together in a mutually supportive way, communicating effectively with external organisations.
