Raunds Lodge Nursing Home

The home managed staffing resources safely and effectively despite recruitment challenges, with safe recruitment practices in place. Staff received appropriate training and supervision to meet people's needs and worked together in a mutually supportive way, communicating effectively with external organisations. Infection prevention and control systems were established, with additional measures implemented throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to keep people safe.
