About Brockfield House
Brockfield House provides nursing care for up to 45 older people, many living with dementia, in one adapted building. At inspection, 44 people were using the service.
Staff understood safeguarding procedures and confidently reported concerns, ensuring people were safely cared for. Risks to people's safety were assessed and well managed, with care plans detailing current risks and individual needs. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
