R-H-P Outreach Services - South Norwood Hill

The home accommodates up to five people and provides accommodation and personal care for individuals with mental health conditions. At inspection, four residents were living there. The service also offers rehabilitation support to people in their own homes.

Quality and safety have improved overall since the previous inspection. However, medicines management requires attention, particularly with record-keeping and stock checks to ensure residents receive prescribed medicines as intended. Other aspects of medicines handling were safe, and there was no evidence of harm to residents.
