During inspection, auditors found medicines administration records were generally well maintained, though two unexplained gaps were identified for one person on one occasion. The registered manager immediately introduced a new auditing tool to strengthen record-keeping and ensure medicines are administered safely and as prescribed. People reported feeling safe and protected from abuse, with staff demonstrating good awareness of safeguarding procedures.
