Queens Court

Queens Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 43 people, primarily older people and those with dementia. At inspection, 36 people were using the service, accommodated across three floors in one adapted building.

People receive care and support that keeps them safe. Risk management plans ensure staff understand how to mitigate identified risks, and medicines are managed safely. Staffing levels are adequate, with the provider maintaining robust recruitment procedures to ensure suitable staff are employed. The service demonstrates a commitment to learning from incidents when things go wrong.
