Quayside

Quayside accommodates up to eight people with mental health care needs in one adapted building. At inspection, all eight residents were living there. The service encourages people to manage health and wellbeing risks in positive and supportive ways while protecting them against abuse and harm. Safe systems are in place for medicines management, infection control, and staff recruitment.
